Triple Four Patch: Insanity 3,044

The light diagonal chain of small squares makes the Triple Four Patch block dramatic in many different settings. My Bee traded this block ten years ago.  Three of the quilts from that trade appear in my book Simple Strategies for Block-Swap Quilts.  The trade was so successful that we decided to do it a second time.  I traded 80 blocks which were used in the center of this quilt.  I added sashing and a pieced border made of additional triple four patch blocks but using the same fabrics.   This quilt really does have 3,044 pieces!
