I had more than 40 extra blocks left over from a previous quilt.  I decided to challenge myself and make a quilt without making any additional blocks.  The value placement in the blocks creates pinwheels that appear to spin in opposite directions.  In this quilt, the blocks with opposite values were placed in alternate rows.
